Preventative care is the key to a healthy smile. Regular checkups with the appropriate x-rays and exam allow us to treat issues before they become a problem. Remember, children need checkups too. We start seeing kiddos at one year of age or first tooth...whichever comes first!!
There are many times in a person’s life when a tooth can break down. Fillings are needed when a tooth has been broken down and can be repaired. However, a crown is sometimes required when a tooth cannot be repaired and must be covered up. Whether that tooth broke down due to decay, fracture, or some other reason (there are lots!!), we are here to assist with the restoration of that tooth/teeth.
Periodontal disease is more commonly known as gum disease. The vast majority of our society has one form of periodontal disease or another, upwards of 70 percent. The most common form of periodontal disease is gingivitis, which is inflammation in the gum tissue. The other form is periodontitis. This is disease that caused actual bone loss due to long term inflammation. We routinely treat and maintain periodontal disease. This is a long term condition which must be addressed, now and continually moving forward.

Endodontics is the branch of dentistry concerning dental pulp and tissues surrounding the roots of a tooth. Endodontic treatment, or more commonly known as root canal treatment, treats the soft pulp tissue inside the tooth. The pulp can get infected in many different ways, such as trauma and tooth decay. Heck, sometimes a tooth will need a root canal out of the blue for no reason at all! With that being said, we can take care of you and your tooth should It require this type of treatment.
Cosmetic dentistry is generally used to refer to any dental work that improves the appearance (though not necessarily the functionality) of teeth, gums and/or bite. It primarily focuses on improvement in dental aesthetics in color, position, shape, size, alignment and overall smile appearance. Whether it is porcelain veneers, composite bonding or whitening, we are here to help you achieve the best you possible. Our goal is to have everyone leave with a Five Star smile!!

We would love to assist you in choosing the right option for your Five Star smile.
